Police say the crash occurred when 66-year-old Frank Francis Jr., of Warwick, was riding his motorcycle along Hope Street and collided with a car that was turning into Colt Park. The vehicle, driven by 76-year-old Susan Abilheira of Bristol, was making the turn when the two collided, throwing Francis from his bike.
