Dudley, MA - Moped Rider Dies in Crash on Oxford Ave

Dudley, MA (June 22, 2025) – A tragic crash claimed the life of a 43-year-old man on the night of June 19 after his moped collided with a work van in Dudley. The accident happened around 9:23 p.m. near 20 Oxford Avenue.

Police and fire crews arrived to find a heavily damaged moped and a Chevrolet work van at the scene. The man operating the moped was found critically injured. Officers on scene began performing life-saving measures until emergency medical personnel arrived to take over.
